Surplus unused 300 GPM system consists of three (3) 100 GPM trains on a 316 stainless steel frame. System was designed to operate at 100, 200, or 300 GPM and requires 30 membranes per train. Each train includes one (1) Shelco 12R40 cartridge filter housing and one (1) Grundfos CRN32-8 high pressure pump shipped loose for floor mounting on site. Also included are one (1) antiscalant pump skid with three (3) pumps, and (1) sodium bisulfite pump skid with three (3) pumps. The PLC is a GE PACSystems RX3i,with 64 MB of memory, ethernet, and CPU with energy pack. The HMI is a GQ Quickpanel 12″ color touchscreen with ethernet communication. The system was designed to operate off three (3) VFD’s, they are not included but can be supplied. System programming was not created but can be written for an additional cost.
