With 25,840 sq. ft. of total UF module surface area, operating at a flux of 30-40 GFD and after deducting 5% for backwash volume, this unused modular ultrafiltration plant should produce 500-680 GPM of filtrate. Major components of the system include two (2) 750 gallon prefiltration tanks, one (1) Netzsch prefilter pump with VFD, one (1) Forsta 180 series prefilter, four (4) PVC bag filters , one (1) Gormann Rupp T6B-B-1 main pump with VFD, Forty (40) Microdyn-Nadir Aquadyn UA1060 outside-in hollow fiber ultrafiltration modules and one (1) 5HR Sutorbilt blower.
