The WaterPlus MF042060A100-3 is a multimedia filter system with three 42” diameter x 60” straight side, 100 psi carbon steel tanks with carbon steel manifold piping mounted on a painted structural steel skid. An Allen-Bradley Compactlogix PLC with 10″ color HMI provides automated control of the treatment system. A 3-way valve on each vessel allows for either service or backwash mode.
Vessels include stainless steel underdrain, media removal port, two ASME style elliptical man ways, automatic air relief valve, and isolation valves. System includes sample valves, effluent block, rinse to waste, and backwash rate set valve. Tanks and manifolds are coated with NSF-61 certified 3M Scotchkote 134 Fusion Bonded Epoxy.
